Set-up:        Wednesday, March 5th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm (check-in time 3:00pm)

Teardown:     Thursday, March 6th after 9:30pm  or  Friday, March7th  before 11am

Exhibits Open to Registrants:

Wednesday, March 5th - 4:00 pm to 6:00pm

Thursday, March 6th    - 4:00 pm to 6:00pm and at 8:00pm for the Vendors’ Raffle

**Vendors may also show during breakfast Thursday and Friday
