If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by CSRC. Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you make a reservation with an outside company, CSRC cannot guarantee your reservation is valid.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion. 

How many credits can I earn at the meeting?
CSRC has designed the program to meet the requirements for (21) AANA Class A CE credits (pending approval). Due to concurrent sessions, attendees can earn a maximum of 16 credits. 

Does CSRC report my credits?
CSRC reports all credits to AARC. You must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey, which will be sent to you electronically following the event, in order to receive credit.

How do I confirm hotel reservations?
CSRC has secured a discounted room rate of $(AMOUNT)/night plus tax. For reservations, call (PHONE NUMBER) and mention the California State Respiratory Care Association to receive the special rate.

When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date?
The cut-off date is (6 weeks out date), or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above. 

Parking information?
Hotel valet Parking is $(pricing)/day and Self-Parking is $(Pricing)/day.

What is the CSRC registration cancellation policy?
CSRC will give a refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by (6 weeks out date), upon written request. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through (Day before the 6 weeks mark), for Student registration. After (6 weeks out date), or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to office@csrc.org. 

What is the CSRC Code of Conduct? 
CSRC is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other distinguishing characteristic. We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any CSRC event, either in person or via electronic media. We expect all event participants, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff to:

• Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
• Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
• Refrain from advertising or soliciting products/services other than in your sponsored session.
  
• Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately. 

By registering to participate in 2025 Tahoe Conference, you agree to abide by the CSRC Code of Conduct and you understand that anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in CSRC’s sole discretion, without refund.
