 GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Badge Requirement: A registration list will be at security. You must wear your badge to enter the event. If you are pre-registered, wearing your badge will expedite entry. Security will not allow entry without a badge or your name on the list.
  • Pre-registration: Pre-registration is highly encouraged to avoid day-of charges and ensure smooth entry. If registering on the day of the event, you must have a badge or be listed at the security booth. If your name is not listed, please contact [email protected] or call (626) 826-7628.
  • Evaluation & Certificate Access: One week after the Symposium, you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve your evaluation form and CE certificate via our online platform. Certificates are not issued to students, but a payment receipt indicating hours attended can be provided for records.

Parking is available onsite at Adventist Health Corporate Headquarters. Follow signage for visitor parking. No additional fee for parking.

What is the AHRO Pulmonary Symposium registration cancellation policy?

Written requests for full refunds, less a 20% administrative fee, will be honored up through Monday, September 14, 2026 (ten (10) business days prior to the event on Tuesday, September 29, 2026). No refunds will be issued after this date, including for non-attendance. For questions, please contact [email protected]. Continuing Education (CE) certificates will be provided upon completion of the post-event evaluation.

How many credits can I earn at the meeting?

You will have the opportunity to earn six (6) Continuing Education Credits (CEs). After the Symposium, you will receive a learner assessment to complete. Upon completion, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance.
