HOTEL INFORMATION
CSRC has secured a limited number of discounted rooms at a rate of $99/night plus tax over the dates of the Conference. This rate will be available until Tuesday, September 15, 2026, or until the block sells out. *ALERT* CSRC does not use a third-party housing or travel service company. We encourage you to book your hotel accommodations through Harrah's Lake Tahoe by contacting them directly or using the above reservation link.
If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by CSRC. Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you make a reservation with an outside company, CSRC cannot guarantee your reservation is valid.
FAQs
What should I wear?
During the day, anything business casual is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How many credits can I earn at the meeting?
CSRC has designed the program to meet the requirements for credits. The CE amount is still pending.
Does CSRC report my credits?
CSRC will report all credits to AARC. To receive credit, you must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey, which will be sent to you electronically after the event.
How do I confirm hotel reservations?
CSRC has secured a discounted room rate of $99/night plus tax. For reservations, please reserve using this link or call and mention the California State Respiratory Care Association to receive the special rate.
When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date?
The cut-off date is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above.
What's the parking situation?
Hotel offers complimentary self-parking for attendees staying on property.
What is the CSRC registration cancellation policy?
CSRC will give a refund less a $75 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by September 23, upon written request. After September 23, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected].

By registering to participate in 2026 CSRC NorCal Conference at South Lake Tahoe, you agree to abide by the CSRC Terms and Conditions and you understand that anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in CSRC’s sole discretion, without refund.
